Overview

The Houtrust water treatment plant plant uses classic physical and chemical processes:

• Primary sedimentation
• Biological treatment
• Secondary sedimentation

It also equipped with a sludge treatment (digestion and sludge dewatering) and a treatment system for foul ventilated air originated from covered tanks.
